Scope of Position

Responsible for managing and leading industrial projects related to air handling, industrial equipment, and machinery for the manufacturing and process industries, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the Project Department, including Project Engineers, Procurement Engineers, DOE engineers and Site Supervisors.

Handle and manage projects from kick-off to completion/handover.

Achieve project targets: timely completion, cost within budget, and quality service.

Lead, monitor, supervise, and control all project-related works including site activities.

Coordinate and liaise with clients, internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.

Attend site meetings to resolve issues and ensure smooth progress.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly project reports on schedule.
