Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and deliver high-quality project management services across a portfolio of landlord-owned commercial real estate assets. This role is designed for a proactive, project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple small capital and TI projects simultaneously, rather than focusing on a single large build. Success in this role requires strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to move quickly between priorities while maintaining excellent execution standards. You will serve as the primary point of coordination between landlords, tenants, contractors, and multiple onsite trades, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Projects typically include small capital and TI scopes such as HVAC upgrades, interior improvements, lighting, fencing, parking, and light exterior work across office, industrial (preferred), and retail properties.
