Position Overview
LG Innotek Mexico is seeking a Project Manager for the Lighting Solution (LS) business. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage mass production projects for LS products for North American customers
- Monitor and manage project schedule, quality, and readiness across key milestones
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks through cross-functional collaboration (development, production, quality, etc.)
- Support customer communication and ensure smooth mass production readiness
- Track project progress and drive continuous improvement activities
Qualifications : Required - Spanish communication skills (business or conversational level)
- Understanding of automotive development processes (APQP, IATF 16949, etc.)
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
