About the Role:
RS Project and Orders Management from the beginning to the end of the project
RS Project planning, project scope and objectives
Project team leadership, Project communication and coordination between functions
Follow up and management of the contract. Overdues Management
General logistical tasks (common customer handling)
General Project Risk Management, escalation and mitigation
Managing the customer complaint investigation
