**Position Summary**

If you love managing large, complex construction projects, mentoring others and are passionate about safety, Southland has an opportunity for you as a Project manager. In this role, you will work on exciting, multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects as you develop your skills in estimating, financials, and project management within the design-build construction process. As a Project Manager you will be working on a project site.

**Position Details**

+ Provide oversight to a single large project or multiple Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) construction projects which includes personnel management, contract compliance, project planning and scheduling, reports, cash flow, materials management, safety, job cost and profitability, managing trades and impact of changes in work.
