Oversee engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning activities. Control project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and industry best practices. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams. Provide regular project progress, cost, and risk reports to senior management. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager on EPCM projects. Strong background in phosphate mining, beneficiation, or downstream processing facilities. Solid knowledge of project controls, contracts, and PM methodologies. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and EPCM contractors. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
