This position is site‑based on a project within Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote the best interest of the company.
• Conduct performance plans and assessments with direct reports.
• Maintain high level of morale among direct reports.
• Act as coach and mentor to employees that report to the Project Manager.
• Develop project plans in coordination with the owner, including cost plan and project schedule.
• Prepare estimates, value‑engineering and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Be responsible for pre‑construction activities and the full delivery of a high‑quality project through tendering and construction phases.
• Participate and be a key contributor in project development activities to secure the project.
