OLG Recruitment are looking for a Project Manager/Engineer to join our clients team, based on-site in the Teesside region. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday .

In this role, you will act as the client’s representative, leading, directing, and motivating a small team of site-based engineers to deliver a diverse portfolio of projects. These projects will vary in scale and complexity and must be managed across the full project lifecycle, including estimating, scoping, detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, in line with the client’s project management processes.

The position is highly collaborative and outward-facing, requiring regular engagement with design consultancies, architects, equipment suppliers, and installation contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
