The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quantity surveying and project management on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and evaluate cost estimates for construction projects
– Manage project budgets, costs, and financial reporting
– Conduct cost analysis and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
– Produce and maintain project schedules and timelines
– Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
– Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities
