Position Overview
Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out works (commercial project)
- Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule
- Attend regular site meetings and inspections
- Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule
- Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
- Work closely with design team, clients and contractors on timely project handover
Requirements: - Degree or Diploma in Architecture/Building/Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in fit-out projects and corporate office interior.
- Manage on-site projects to ensure timely completion
- Work closely with sales teams, clients, contractors / suppliers on issues that may arise
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
