Your tasks:
Deeply analyze and understand complex technical problems impacting FAL & VSM (Value Stream Management) Lead and orchestrate multi-functional teams (MFT) to collaboratively address and resolve identified issues Develop clear and comprehensive process descriptions for current and future state solutions Conduct thorough assessments of the industrial impact of problems and proposed solutions Drive the development of innovative to-be solutions, leveraging design and technology Perform detailed cost and benefit analyses for proposed solutions to ensure their viability and value Identify and mitigate potential risks while seizing opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle <...
