- Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and deliverables
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources
- Lead day-to-day project execution and track performance
- Cost & Commercial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost forecasts
- Control project costs and protect profit margins
- Oversee invoicing, cash flow, and financial performance
- Risk, Quality & SHERQ
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety (HSE), quality, and company standards
- Implement QA/QC systems and continuous improvement practices
- Scope & Change Management
- Clearly define and control project scope
- Manage change requests, variations, and scope creep
- Ensure alignment with contractual requirements
