Job Description
To manage projects on behalf of client/s for all phases of the project, including the 6 stages of the project rollout process.
Project Management
- Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources
- Prepares Letters of Appointment for the procurement of Consulting Team.
- Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated
- Plans, organizes, manages, and coordinates the programme control and project management
- Oversees other project support activities, such as quality assurance, configuration control, project interface, environmental mitigation monitoring, systems integration, property and right-of-way acquisition, administration of interagency agreements, contracts administration and procurement, com...
