Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join its Partner Engagement team.
The Project Manager will lead cross‐functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for Blue Yonder's partner ecosystem.
Scope
Serve as main point of contact for partner concerns related to SaaS tech needs.
Handle T1 account‐PD/Support/Cloud operations coordination for case resolutions.
Participate in steering committee and triad calls.
Prioritize and collaborate with global service delivery teams to increase case resolution times.
Engage partners and contribute to successful SaaS implementations.
Technical Environment (optional)
Focus exclusively on cloud environments such as private or public for new implementations, migrations, rollouts, and major upgrades.
