Project Governance Cadence:Support the maintenance of identified Project governance framework and cadence; Provide input on developing a succession plan to achieve departmental objectives.
Project Planning:Assist in the development of project plan, resource planning, allocation, schedules and budget. Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
