Requirements:
5 years of experience in project management/delivery management.
Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams, including AI/ML, Backend, Frontend, QA, and Data Engineers.
Strong understanding of SDLC with advanced proficiency in ClickUp, Jira, or Asana, and high adaptability across tools and environments.
Experience working with US-based clients or teams, preferably in AI-driven or data-heavy products, with a background in software engineering or technical roles.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), API-based systems, and modern web architectures.
Exposure to AI/ML project workflows is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure with high ownership, accountability, and strong delivery focus.
