In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Reconcile new orders to ensure they align with quoted terms. Report any discrepancies to the Sales team and seek appropriate corrections from the respective stakeholders.
Plan and execute internal project kick-off meetings for all orders, providing clarity to internal stakeholders on customer requirements.
Prepare the Org chart for new projects and lead the team during kick-off customer meetings.
Ensure correct specifications and document approvals are in place for the Operations team to execute orders.
Track specification changes, communicate updates to internal stakeholders, and follow up to ensure implementation.
Provide periodic project summaries and status reports to relevant stakeholders and management.
