Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing a strategy and plan for the team will use to reach its goal and completes the task on demand required for projects.
Responsible for arranging any internal training that team members need, regarding projects domain and technology.
Responsible for communicating clear instructions to team members, regarding functional and projects management issues.
Responsible for managing and track the flow of day-to-day operations by using action plan to take care the process of projects improvement plan.
Responsible for creating reports to update the reporting person on the team's progress in terms to show growth of team progress.
Responsible to prepare project plan and obtain senior approval of the project plan.
Responsible for applying project resources according to the approved project plan.
