• Responsible for arranging any internal training that team members need, regarding projects domain and technology.
• Responsible for communicating clear instructions to team members, regarding functional and projects management issues.
• Responsible for managing and track the flow of day-to-day operations by using action plan to take care the process of projects improvement plan.
• Responsible for creating reports to update the reporting person on the team‘s progress in terms to show growth of team progress.
