Insight Global's client is seeking a Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to support multiple renovation and infrastructure projects across state‑owned facilities in the Richmond & Charlottesville, VA area.

This position serves as the owner’s “eyes and ears,” coordinating with design teams, contractors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet state standards and contractual requirements.

This role is well‑suited for an independent, detail‑oriented project manager with experience working on state or institutional construction projects, particularly within regulated environments.

The Project Manager will oversee project coordination, documentation, and reporting, while supporting successful delivery across multiple active sites.
