We are looking for a Project Manager to support warehouse-based HVAC project activities in Manteno, Illinois. This Contract position focuses on coordinating equipment intake, confirming inventory accuracy, supporting installation readiness, and keeping project work aligned across teams. The person in this role will serve as a central point of coordination for daily operations and provide clear progress updates to the offsite Project Manager.


Responsibilities:

• Direct the receipt of incoming equipment shipments and confirm items match delivery documentation and project expectations.

• Review and validate inventory counts to help maintain accurate warehouse records and support project readiness.

• Coordinate installation training activities and ensure teams are prepared with the information and materials needed for successful execution.
