Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and post-implementation support of the Manpower Planning & Budgeting System (MPBS) for the organisation. Support long‑term workforce planning, budgeting analytics, and system integration across the institutions within the Manpower Planning team.
System Implementation & Project Management - Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the MPBS under COE guidance
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate requirements gathering across the institutions and stakeholders
- Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with existing HR systems – SAP SuccessFactors
- Manage vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and escalations
