Join a nationally recognized firm headquartered in Kansas City, leading civil construction, construction materials testing and special inspection services across the Topeka and Manhattan region. This role is ideal for a safety-minded, client-focused professional ready to own the full lifecycle of civil construction projects—from proposal to closeout. 80% in office, 20% in the field. Business is mainly university and energy based.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage construction materials testing and special inspection services.
• Own project lifecycle: proposals, estimating, safety, execution, and closeout.
• Interpret and review construction drawings for compliance with plans/specs.
