Support and advance customer implementations of assigned Elekta products according to established procedures.
Document and communicate status of implementations, continually seeking ways to improve processes and documentation.
Oversee implementations, providing guidance and support to customers to achieve timely, successful device and software deployments and acting as the single point of contact.
Lead project management to meet the company’s revenue goals, proactively advancing projects into fiscal year quarters and driving the project timeline while maintaining implementation quality.
Identify and communicate preorders within the territory on a weekly basis to the Office Director.
Maintain a central documentation database to manage and communicate progress on pending implementations.
Analyze upcoming installations in terms of product mix and revenue to help prioritize scheduling.
