Job Description
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, Gantt Charts and resource allocation for Capex projects.
- Experience in P&IDs for Machinery / Plant equipment’s.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost optimization and financial compliance.
- Track expenditures and report variances to management.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and closure reports.
- Present project performance metrics to leadership.
