Job Summary
To drive the project in planning, organizing, managing and controlling the various stages, ensuring projects are executed according to the schedule, cost and quality. Creates and executes project work plans and revises them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Manages dayβtoβday operational aspects of a project and scope. Responsible for ensuring the Agile Team lives by the values and practices of Scrum.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning as well as implementation of project and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Prompt coordination with business units, technical team, governance team and service provider on project implementation plan.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and to provide direction and support to project team.
