Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage furniture joinery projects from award to final handover
- Plan project timelines, schedules, and milestones
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, QA/QC, and installation teams
- Ensure materials, manpower, and approvals are available on time
- Attend client and consultant meetings and provide project updates
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability
- Resolve project delays, site issues, and material shortages
- Supervise installation teams and subcontractors on site
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports
- Handle snagging, project closeout, and final handover to the client
