Responsibilities - Orchestrate joinery project lifecycles from initial concept to final handover, ensuring seamless execution within budget and timeline constraints.
- Lead and mentor joinery teams, fostering a collaborative environment while providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.
- Manage and mitigate project risks by proactively identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct thorough shop drawing reviews, ensuring accuracy and adherence to architectural specifications and design intent.
Qualifications - Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
