We are currently seeking a a highly motivated Project Manager for overseeing the daily operational execution, collaborating with project teams, and acting as the principal point of coordination and communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT service delivery to ensure alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Collaborate with support teams  to optimize service performance, availability, and capacity and manage relationships with third-party vendors or service provider

• Provide periodic service reports to stakeholders

• Drive service improvements to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with ITSM teams to address process, training, and policy gaps.
