Own ramp plan, capacity, and timeline; track output, yield, and uptime.

Ensure tester readiness (e.g., Hydra/BER), drive >95% uptime, and resolve bottlenecks quickly.

Manage NPI to mass production transition with stable processes and strong yield performance.

Coordinate cross-functionally (Test Eng, PE, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain) as single point of contact.

Plan manpower and align resources to ramp priorities.

Identify risks early, drive mitigation, and elevate critical issues.

Track KPIs (output, yield, downtime) and provide regular updates.

Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cycle time, and cost.
