Job Title: Project Manager – IP/DWDM/ICT Networks
To plan, execute, and deliver complex network infrastructure projects — including IP/MPLS, DWDM/OTN, and ICT systems — within scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring full alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and security requirements.
Lead end-to-end project delivery for IP core, transport (DWDM/OTN), and ICT network deployments. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and detailed implementation plans.
