Job Title: Construction Project Manager III
Location: Merritt Island, FL
Type: Contract / On-site
Compensation: $81 per hour

Responsibilities


+ Manage end-to-end construction activities, including scheduling, contractor coordination, and milestone tracking

+ Ensure design requirements and specifications are met throughout the build

+ Identify and drive lead time reductions across procurement, fabrication, and installation

+ Manage vendors and subcontractors, including scope, performance, and change orders

+ Track project budget and flag cost variances early

+ Oversee safety compliance and ensure all work meets applicable standards

+ Communicate status, risks, and blockers to project stakeholders
