Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and develop project implementation plans (scope, timeline, milestone, release).
- Coordinate with PO/Tech Lead to build EPICs, roadmap, and work structure on Jira.
- Develop WBS, organize and control team execution progress.
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust plans to ensure deadlines and quality are met.
- Set up progress tracking dashboards, workload monitoring, and risk alerts.
- Facilitate Scrum events (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Nexus).
- Manage resources (internal & outsourced), forecast resource surplus/shortage.
- Proactively identify and handle risks and changes during project implementation.
- Work with customers/stakeholders to align requirements and project goals.
- Provide periodic/ad-hoc project status reports; organize acceptance and handover.
