Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up on customer requirements and ensure accurate, timely communication.
- Confirm orders, delivery schedules, and project-related requirements with clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Welcome and support visiting clients.
- Proactively handle and resolve customer issues during project execution.
Project Management
- Lead weekly project meetings to track progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to achieve OTD (On-Time Delivery) 90%.
- Monitor ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation and ensure all related costs (CIA) are pre-approved.
