About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will serve as a trusted guide throughout the Workday implementation journey. Using the Workday Launch Deployment Methodology, you will lead HCM implementations across the EMEA region, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
You will be the driving force behind successful project delivery, partnering with consultants and client teams to navigate challenges and resolve issues effectively. Your field experience will also be invaluable in providing internal recommendations to management on how to continuously improve the Workday Launch implementation methodology.
Responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end HCM implementations for EMEA clients, managing the full delivery lifecycle from planning through go-live
Developing and managing comprehensive delivery plans, including project financials, risk and issue management, and resource planning
