Job Responsibilities
Project Planning Work with all stakeholders to establish project objectives, scope and deliverables (SOW). Develop project plans, schedules, critical path/milestones, budgets etc. Identify and mitigate project risks by evaluating market conditions with regards to labor, material, and equipment Maintain and qualify bidders and bid lists. Work with contactors and the procurement team on RFQ, RFI Logs etc. Recommend award of contract based on cost, budget, and analysis. Project Execution Conduct and coordinate design, pre-bid, post-bid, pre-construction, partnering, contractors and other stakeholders’ meetings. Ensure vendor’s entry permits, permit-to-work, risk assessment etc. are in order. Maintain furnish logs on behalf of the management and stakeholders.
