Responsible for project management specifically governing and monitoring the deliverables and outcomes from all vendors.
Establish the partnership between PMQ and FHCM and handling all the necessary procurement process and the venue operator.
The project manager should also responsible to monitoring and handling the coordination between all vendors, PMQ and FHCM, including coordination of venue requirement and logistic.
9 months engagement to ensure PMQ to go through the auditing process internally.
