Key Responsibilities - Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage baseline project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure alignment with client requirements, design specifications, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee procurement, production, and site execution.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.
- Technical & Quality Control
- Review design drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs for accuracy and buildability.
- Ensure compliance with UAE standards, health & safety requirements, and company procedures.
