Dexter Construction, a division of The Municipal Group of Companies, is currently seeking the knowledge and expertise of a Project Manager/ Estimator.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates for construction projectsPrepare public and private tender packages for review and submittalPerform site visits, measuring, take-offs, submittals etc.Document equipment and manpower requirements, and review of the estimate for completeness of take-off, scope and pricing. Prepare schedules and job hand off for packages for awarded worksProject execution team support including subcontractor coordination, site meetings, scheduling, and contract administrationProvides necessary documents to field superintendents, foremen and Project Coordinators in a timely manner and follow up on all open action items.Provide on-going support to field personnel to help identify and remove obstacles that impact c...
