Preparation of the documentation requested by the client. Visiting manufacturers and customers. Placing orders with manufacturers. Preparation of follow-up reports for customers and suppliers. Collaboration in development and growth Track and expedite vendor documents Coordinate between freight forwarder, clients and vendors to arrange shipping, customs clearance and shipping documentation Prepare weekly/monthly expediting reports and issue to client Collaborate with HQ and other international branches Minimum requirements: High level of english.
