Manages the planning and execution of drilling, development and reserves analysis projects. The Drilling Operations Manager manages the proper use of equipment and maintenance planning. Plans and develops revisions or improvements to solve drilling and repair problems. May give input in developing budget. Able to resolve escalating problems arising from operations that require coordination with other departments.
