Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress.
• Address any on-site issues or conflicts, making quick decisions to keep the project on track.
• Manage daily site activities, ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Attend meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in a related field.
• Required experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project completion.
• 5.5 days work week.
