Job Scope
This role oversees end-to-end internal change management delivery, including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, communications, change agent mobilisation, training and enablement, and progress tracking. The Change Manager is expected to confidently manage scope, apply the standardised framework, and deliver change work across one or multiple projects concurrently.
