Project planning, scheduling, including work progress, Cost Control, Variations and Change Control
Attend to Government agencies, sub-contractors and residents on site and timely control on handling complaints, settle disputes and grievances of personnel.
Resolve technical problems encountered during the construction period.
Manage project team members to comply with project requirements and meet project schedules.
Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of foreign workers, site engineers / site supervisors and sub-contractors.
Attend the project related external and internal meetings.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering from recognized University or Institution.
Minimum 6 months of practical experience in execution of building works.
