Responsibilities and Requirements (include but are not limited to)

• Managing and executing projects to deliver the project on schedule, on budget, and in accordance with the project specifications.
• Responsible for the planning and the logistics of assigned projects.
• Lump Sum and Unit Rate Contract negotiation and start up.
• Manage resources, cost control, monthly progress estimates, contract change order management.
• Develop written work plans and methodologies, and coordinate material approvals.
• Lead the project team in delivering a skilled service and high-quality product.
• Weekly and Monthly Production Reporting.
• Professional Communication with Engineers, Stakeholders, Clients, and Sub-Trades.
• Daily production monitoring.
