Responsibilities

• Project manager for the development of innovative chip technologies based on our Nitride (AlInGaN) material systems.
• Intense interface and stakeholder management.
• Supervision of projects with regard to further development of the Nitride (AlInGaN) platform.
• Work out the details and test new chip concepts and designs together with the project global/international team.
• Sustainable and systematic solving of complex problems with regard to design and processes.

Requirements

• Advanced project management skills and experience in leading complex projects, preferable in chip development.
• Professional trainings e.g. certified project manager recommended.
• Degree in physics, electrical engineering, materials science or a related field.
• Essential knowledge in the field of semiconductor and device physics, preferably in the development of LED‑Chips based on Nit...
