We are seeking an experienced Capital Projects Manager to oversee several Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects over the next 6-12 months. The primary focus will be on infrastructure projects, specifically facility roof siding repair and railroad repair. This role requires a proactive individual with the ability to manage projects independently, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and meet safety standards.
Responsibilities

+ Manage and oversee capital projects ranging from $0.5 million to $1 million.

+ Organize project teams, ensuring efficient and safe project execution.

+ Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

+ Maintain high safety standards, ensuring compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other safety protocols.

+ Coordinate with contractors and hold them accountable to project requirements.
