Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Execution : Independently manage entire project lifecycle from excavation to handover. Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Drive project schedules and milestone achievements.
Team Leadership & Site Management : Lead engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors. Manage manpower planning, productivity, and discipline. Ensure smooth coordination across all site functions.
