We are seeking a Project Manager to support a high-visibility talent and training initiative within Freeport. This role will focus on driving execution, creating structure, and improving operational efficiency across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on PM who thrives in environments that need organization and clarity. You will be responsible for building process documentation, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. This role requires strong follow-through and the ability to track progress, hold teams accountable, and keep initiatives moving forward.

You will support cross-functional teams spanning technical training, talent management, and instructional design to;
• standardize workflows and enable successful project delivery
