Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Full coordination of the EAST projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)Preparation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and resource plansEnsuring effective collaboration between the involved departmentsPreparation of status reports and presentations on the project for managementIndependent handling of operational tasks, supporting daily operationsActive participation in coordination activities and relieving management in decision-makingApplication of LEAN tools and methodology (process improvement, waste reduction, standardization)Identification of risks and deviations arising during the projects, development of solution proposals, and tracking of necessary actionsContinuous improvement of operational and project processes, identification, and sharing of effective solutions within the teamRequirements:
